At this time, booking appointments online is for Advanced booking only for well child visits, Asthma check-ups, ADD/ADHD check-ups and New Patient Open Access appointments to become established with the practice.

For same day sick visits, ADD/ADHD Televisits and vaccine appointments, please contact our office at (301) 645-1133 so that we may schedule these types of appointments on the appropriate schedules. Thank you.

TeleVisit Appointments

Our patient portal now offers TeleVisit Appointments with Nurse Practitioner Monica Patel. When scheduling an appointment on the portal for these you will need to use the drop down for appointment type and select televisit and for provider select Monica Patel.  Read the Patient Guide for step-by-step instructions. For additional information and frequently asked questions on Telemedicine please click on the Televisit tab at the top of the home page. You may connect to the Televisit session using the link that was sent to you from the practice or from within the Patient Portal or Healow app once you have signed in.
